New Face Mask Requirements

ACT GOVERNMENT - NEW FACE MASK REQUIREMENTS

Yesterday the ACT Government announced new directives which affect the Club, our Members and guests when visiting.

Whilst the NPC is still open for business, Members, guests and NPC staff are now required to wear a face mask inside the Club, the only exception being when people are consuming food & beverages.

We kindly ask everyone planning on visiting the NPC to bring your own mask to wear on arrival and when moving throughout the Club.

The ACT Government enforced the use of mandatory face masks in the ACT when out in the community from midnight on the 27th June 2021. The new directive requires people to wear a face mask when in an indoor public place. Examples as per below;

  • hospitality venues including restaurants, cafes and other licensed venues
  • supermarkets and shopping centres
  • high-risk settings such as health and aged care facilities

The NPC team thank you for your cooperation and understanding. We look forward to welcoming you on your next visit to the Club.
